Throughout the construction process, Mike was a constant presence in our home. He answered our every question and oversaw a crew of nearly 30 craftsman, all of whom were as courteous as they were talented. Mike also did everything he could to limit the inevitable dust of new construction -- and even befriended our dog, who adores him. The final result of all this hard work is a beautiful sun room that draws oohs and ahhs from every visitor who walks through the door. As we tell Mike every chance we get, it's now our favorite room in the house."

The spacious and open floor plan has served us well in the short amount of time that we’ve lived here. “When it came time for a restoration project on my home, Mike was one of three contractors that my husband and I contacted. Mike’s professionalism and follow-through was by far superior to the other larger contractors we contacted. His estimate was prompt and very detailed. I should mention that our home is 130 years old. Whenever an estimate has been completed for a project, it often escalates from small scale to large scale very quickly. It’s typical in an old home, as once you start to open up the walls, things tend to get ugly. (Easily a $100 project turns into a $1,000 project and a $1,000 project turns into a $10,000 project and so forth).

Mike took the time to explain the best and worst case scenario in our situation. We knew the risks and the potential financial outcome before the project got stated. Mike and his crew were prompt, clean and efficient
